The 2018 Santander International Siam Cup will see old rivals Jersey and Guernsey Raiders meet in the annual clash, this year at Footes Lane Guernsey.
In addition to the first team game matches will played between the seconds for the Fallaize Cup, the Veterans for the Nash Cup and the Guernsey Ladies will look to continue their winning streak of six wins against the reds.
Tables for the corporate hospitality can now be purchased. The cost is £850 and full details are here.

Wednesday 9 May 2018 will mark the 73nd anniversary of the Liberation of Guernsey after five long years of occupation by the German forces. Liberation Day continues to be an important and poignant day in the history of the Island.
Families, friends and visitors to Guernsey will once again celebrate that most priceless commodity of all – freedom – as they enjoy a day filled with the pageantry of the Church Parade as well as a range of entertainment and activities for all age groups from 9am right through the day and evening.
Schedules and further information of all the day’s activities, as well as those events taking place on the days preceding and following the day itself will be published on the Liberation Day website in due course.

The third Only Fools and Donkeys charity ride will take place in June 2018 travelling along the Loire from Vannes, through Nantes, Angers, Chinon and Amboise before finishing at Chateau Chambord just outside Orleans.
55 riders will take on the challenge of the six day ride completing either a 55/60 or 80/85 mile per day route or for the very keen we’ve added a 100 mile route!
All funds raised from the ride will stay on island supporting charities include Le Rondin School, Guernsey Sports Association for the Disabled, Active, Monday Club, Headway, Le Murier School and Autism Guernsey.

The ever popular Proms on the Pier returns to the Albert Pier on Saturday 8 September 2018.
We are delighted to welcome back the Guernsey Symphony Orchestra for their third performance at Proms for an evening of film music.
As always the second half of the BBC coverage of the Last Night of the Proms will be shown on the big screen and you are all encouraged – no expected! – to come with your best singing voice to join in with the traditional singing!

The Guernsey Air Display will return to the skies of St Peter Port on Thursday 13 September 2018.
With the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight displaying alongside modern aircraft including kit built planes there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Become a Friend of the Guernsey Air Display
The Friends of was set up in 2012 and at just £15 per person is an affordable way for members of the public to get involved with the Air Display.
Membership includes a bespoke enamel Friend of pin badge, your name listed in the official souvenir programme on the Friends of page and the opportunity to win VIP tickets to a reception at Castle Cornet to watch the Display.
The vast majority of the Air Display is funded by a consortium of local businesses, taking packages at a bronze, silver or gold level. The packages include advertising, inclusion in the official programme and on the website and the opportunity to entertain clients and/or staff at the Consortium reception at Castle Cornet while watching the Display.
