Commonwealth Women’s Parliamentarians Regional Conference
In February 2016, The Guernsey Event Company was tasked with providing the logisitics, organisation and on-site event management for the 3rd Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians Regional Conference.
The conference brought together over 40 delegates from more than 15 countries for two days of conference held in Guernsey.
We undertook the arrangements for travel, transportation and accommodation for the delegates along with the design and print of conference collateral, a custom website, provision and operation of all sound and A.V. equipment at the various events over the two days and the organisation of receptions and dinners.
Together with our individual accounting facility, this provided the client with a one stop shop service that allowed their event to be executed with great success and professionalism.
